New! Senior Partnerships and LLP Lawyer | Partner

Senior Partnerships and LLP Lawyer

An opportunity to build something with a highly regarded national firm

TSR Legal is working with a well established national law firm that is looking to grow its Partnerships and LLP offering.

This is a genuine opportunity for a senior lawyer who enjoys advising professional practices and their partners and wants the opportunity to develop their own practice within a strong commercial firm.

The work will include:

• Partnership and LLP agreements
• Partner admissions, exits and succession
• Governance and structuring
• Advice to managing partners and leadership teams
• M&A, restructuring and investment involving partnerships and LLPs
• Regulatory and professional practice matters

You may come from a Partnerships, Employment, Corporate, Commercial, Regulatory or Dispute Resolution background, provided you have strong experience advising partnerships, LLPs or professional practices.

Why this opportunity?

The firm has an excellent reputation for the quality of its people and client work, with a strong and collaborative culture.

You will have access to high quality professional services clients and the opportunity to work closely with Corporate, Commercial, Tax and Dispute Resolution colleagues.

Most importantly, this is not simply a role to service an existing caseload. There is scope to help develop the practice, build client relationships and shape what comes next.

The firm offers a flexible approach to location and working arrangements.

Who should I speak to?

If you are a Partner, Legal Director or senior lawyer with a strong Partnerships and LLP practice, I would be very interested in speaking with you.

You may already specialise in this area or be looking to make Partnerships and LLP work a larger part of your practice.

Either way, I would be happy to have a confidential conversation and tell you more.
