We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our sales team, dedicated to promoting and selling our premium range of well established UK manufactured traditional lanterns. Key Responsibilities

• Contact existing and prospective customers within the electrical wholesale sector to promote our lantern range
• Identify new sales opportunities, qualify leads, and convert enquiries into orders
• Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and sales using CRM systems
• Develop a strong understanding of the lantern range to confidently handle customer queries and objections
• Collaborate with external sales representatives to ensure seamless customer service and follow-up
• Work towards individual and team KPIs, contributing to overall business growth

Requirements

• Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service, ideally within the lighting or electrical industry
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Confident, persuasive, and target driven
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using CRM and sales tracking tools
• A genuine interest in lighting and traditional design is a plus
