You will manage your own varied caseload of private client matters, including:
Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
Probate and estate administration
Tax planning
Trust administration
Court of Protection matters
Alongside your own caseload, you will also have the opportunity to take on a broader role within the team, including:
Providing technical support and guidance to junior team members
Supervising, mentoring and developing colleagues
Contributing to the strategic development of the department
Building strong relationships with existing referrers and professional contacts
Supporting business development, networking and marketing initiatives
Raising the profile of the department within the local and professional community
About You
Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
Have 3-7 years' PQE within Private Client law
Have strong experience across a broad range of private client matters
Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge, particularly around complex estates and tax planning
Have experience supervising, mentoring or supporting junior fee earners
Possess excellent communication and client relationship skills
Be commercially aware, with an interest in business development
Be proactive, collaborative and committed to providing an exceptional client service
