Store Leader: Drive Sales, Service & Profit

CLARK'S is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Clarks store in Barrow-in-Furness, driving sales, profitability and exceptional customer service. You will manage the store team, implement trading plans, oversee staffing, and ensure compliance with health and safety, cash handling and company policies.

You will recruit, train and develop a high-performing team, optimise store layout and merchandising, and monitor KPIs to deliver targets while maintaining brand standards across all store activities.
