Working Pattern: PM Shift, Monday to Friday 14:00 - 22:00
Pay: £12.71 - £13.33 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

WINNER Recruitment is looking for an organised, proactive and motivatedOn-Site Coordinator to join our busy on‑site team based atB66 1BY.

This is a fast‑paced operational role where no two days are the same. You will play a key part in supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of our on‑site operation by managing bookings, supporting agency workers, liaising with the client and ensuring high levels of service are maintained at all times.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, confidence using computer systems and the ability to make decisions in a fast‑moving environment.

Please note: Initial training for this role will take place at our Hinckley site, LE10 3FF , before you are based at the on‑site location in B66 1BY .

Key Responsibilities

• Managing daily workforce bookings and shift allocations.
• Completing on‑site worker check‑ins and supporting attendance management.
• Providing day‑to‑day support to the WINNER Recruitment on‑site team.
• Liaising with the client to ensure operational requirements are met.
• Managing holiday requests and maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting worker queries and providing excellent customer service.
• Monitoring and maintaining on‑site stock levels, including PPE and office supplies.
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate administrative records.
• Making informed decisions to support the smooth running of the operation.
• Communicating effectively with workers, clients and colleagues both over the phone and face‑to‑face.
• Supporting recruitment and compliance activities when required.
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment, administration, customer service or an operational support role is desirable.
• Excellent computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Professional and confident telephone manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive approach with excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Flexibility to adjust start times between2:00 PM and 5:00 PM to meet operational demands.
