Strategy & Operations Manager — On-Chain Vaults

Ctrl Alt is building the next generation of on-chain asset management with Vaults, a scalable structure for tokenized assets. You will own the operating model end-to-end, from structure and regulation to onboarding curators and managing the life cycle from subscription to redemption.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance and Commercial teams to drive launches, manage regulatory fit, and scale vaults while operating in a fast-paced, ambitious scale-up environment.
