We're seeking a commercially astute and strategically minded National Account Manager to join our fast-growing, purpose-driven luxury beauty brand. What You'll Be Responsible For:
Own and lead the management of key national retail accounts, ensuring strong commercial performance and brand alignment
Develop and execute strategic account plans, including forecasting, promotional planning, and joint business planning (JBPs)
Build and nurture senior-level relationships with buyers and retail partners across commercial and supply chain functions
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance to deliver seamless execution and brand consistency
Analyse sales data, market trends, and category insights to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks
Drive excellence in account performance reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
What You'll Bring:
3 + years' experience in National Account Management within the luxury beauty, prestige personal care, or premium FMCG sectors
Proven track record of delivering commercial growth across multiple national retailers (e.g. Boots, John Lewis, department stores)
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills at all levels
Highly organised, analytical, and comfortable managing complexity and competing priorities
A passion for luxury beauty, fragrance, and sustainability, with a deep understanding of premium consumer expectations
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments is highly desirable
