Role: Electrical Project Manager
Location: Kettering/Fareham offices, secured contracts in Slough area
Contract type: Permanent
Core responsibilities we need covered:
End-to-end delivery of electrical installation projects (mobilisation to handover)
Sub-contractor and supplier procurement
Programme, budget, labour and subcontractor on site management
Client and main contractor liaison
Site team supervision (electricians, supervisors)
Compliance with BS 7671 and H&S standards
Essential requirements:
Experience as an Electrical PM/Contracts Manager in construction, preferably in the care sector
Electrical qualification (NVQ3/City & Guilds or equivalent)
18th edition 7671
SMSTS
CSCS card
Full UK driving licence
IT/computer literate
Desirable:
Asta Powerproject experience
