Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Advisor to join a leading business near Basingstoke on a 1-year maternity cover contract. This position will be working 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Provide sales, technical and commercial support.
Receive and process sales enquiries/quotations.
Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Maintain and update CRM database.
Capture and record relevant sales and technical data as required.
Provide an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
Build relationships with other departments, such as accounts and warehouse.
