Payroll Manager: Lead Client Payroll Team (Hybrid)

TPF Recruitment is partnering with a well-established independent firm of Chartered Accountants in Southampton to recruit an experienced Payroll Manager. You will own the payroll department, deliver accurate weekly to monthly payrolls, and act as the main contact for clients and the team.

You will lead the payroll function, develop the team, ensure compliance with HMRC and GDPR, and provide strategic payroll advice to a varied client base, from owner-managed businesses to larger corporates.
