Job Title: Corporate Tax Senior Associate (Funds)- Global City law firm

Salary: £115,000-£125,000

PQE Level: 8+

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-Time

Firm: Our longstanding client is a highly regarded global City law firm.

Role:

• Fund formation and structuring
• Transactional support
• Carried interest
• Advice on investments into existing fund structures

Successful candidate:

• Minimum 6 PQE, ideally England & Wales qualified solicitor
• At least 6 years UK Funds tax experience gained within a US/MC/SC law firm
