NITISI is building a new category in wellness and apparel: Bioactive Wellness Wear. We combine advanced textile innovation, wellness science, sustainability, and luxury design to create garments that actively support everyday wellbeing. Our mission is to redefine what clothing can do and build a globally recognised category from the UK. As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial leader who wants to help build a company from the ground up and play a meaningful role in its long-term success.

The opportunity

This is not a traditional corporate position. We are looking for someone who is excited by early-stage ventures, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to help shape the future direction of a high-growth company. You will work directly with the Founder and Co-Founder on European expansion strategy, strategic partnerships, market-entry initiatives, business development, and long-term international growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• — Support the development and execution of NITISI's European expansion strategy
• — Identify and develop strategic partnerships across Europe
• — Build and manage relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and industry partners
• — Support market-entry activities across selected European regions
• — Represent NITISI in business meetings, trade events, networking opportunities, and industry forums
• — Explore new growth opportunities, partnerships, and expansion channels
• — Assist in developing scalable systems to support international growth
• — Work closely with the Founder, Co-Founder, and operational leadership team on long-term expansion planning
• — Provide market intelligence and insights to support business decisions
• — Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, International Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• — Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
• — Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build from an early‑stage environment
• — Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup ecosystem
• — Strong organisational and leadership abilities
• — Passion for innovation, sustainability, wellness, fashion, or consumer brands
• — International business exposure is advantageous
• — Experience in business development, partnerships, operations, project management, startups, or growth initiatives is preferred
