Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Fleet & Corporate Sales to lead and develop our fleet sales strategy across the UK market. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving sustainable sales growth, developing strategic customer partnerships, and building a high‑performing fleet sales organisation.

The successful candidate will bring a strong track record from a premium automotive OEM environment, with deep expertise in fleet, corporate, rental, leasing, and key account sales. They will combine strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, ensuring the delivery of ambitious volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.

As a member of the sales leadership team, you will shape Zeekr’s fleet proposition, strengthen relationships with leasing companies and major corporate customers, and work cross‑functionally to support the successful growth of the brand in the UK market.

Main Responsibilities

• Fleet & Corporate Sales Strategy – Develop and execute the UK fleet sales strategy, including Salary Sacrifice, leasing, corporate, rental, and government channels to drive growth.
• Strategic Account Management – Build and manage executive relationships with key fleet customers, leasing companies, mobility partners, and negotiate major commercial agreements.
• Sales Performance & Commercial Growth – Deliver volume, profitability, market share, customer retention, forecasting, pricing, and business planning objectives.
• Team Leadership & Development – Lead, coach, and develop Fleet Sales and Key Account Managers while fostering a high‑performance, customer‑focused culture.
• Market Intelligence & Business Planning – Monitor market trends, competitor activity, residual values, and fleet dynamics to identify opportunities and support strategic decision‑making.
• Cross‑functional Collaboration – Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Aftersales, Dealer Network Development, and global teams to deliver integrated fleet solutions and successful commercial initiatives.
• Governance & Compliance – Ensure FCA compliance, commercial governance, risk management, and adherence to company policies, contracts, and ethical business standards

Education, Skills And Personal Characteristics Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Ideally, you have a minimum of 10 years' experience within a premium automotive OEM, specialising in fleet and corporate sales
• Fleet Sales Strategy & Commercial Growth.
• Leadership of High‑performing Sales Teams.
• Key Account & Industry Relationship Management.
• Electric Vehicle, Salary Sacrifice & Leasing Solutions.
