Spanish-Speaking CSM: Drive Adoption & Growth (EU Travel)

Beam is building AI that serves society and is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure pilots deliver meaningful impact and lead long-term partnerships for expanded contracts. You’ll manage a portfolio, drive adoption, and translate feedback into product roadmaps to maximize value for frontline teams.

You’ll work with social workers and other frontline staff, travel across the EU, and help shape the new customer success function while growing Beam’s impact and partnerships.
