A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in London is seeking a Derivatives and Structured Finance Associate to join its market-leading finance team. The Role
From a recruitment perspective, this position offers exposure to sophisticated and technically challenging work, including:
Advising financial institutions, funds, corporates, and sponsors on derivatives transactions
Drafting and negotiating ISDA Master Agreements, credit support documentation, and related confirmations
Advising on structured finance transactions, securitisations, and repackaging structures
Supporting on regulatory and risk management aspects of derivatives and structured products
Working closely with banking, capital markets, and restructuring teams on multi-jurisdictional transactions
Assisting with transaction management, due diligence, and coordination with international counsel
Contributing to client development and maintaining strong commercial relationships

About You
Qualified Solicitor with experience in derivatives, structured finance, or banking and finance
Strong technical drafting and analytical skills
Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail
Confident working in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment
