Better Collective is seeking an entrepreneurial sales leader to scale its gaming and esports partnerships across Europe, developing premium sponsorships, tournaments, and audience-led solutions. You will work with the Director of Ad Sales UK & Europe and cross-functional teams to craft new commercial propositions beyond traditional display advertising.
