An established and progressive private podiatry clinic is looking to add another Podiatrist to its close-knit clinical team.

This is an excellent opportunity for either a new graduate looking for structured mentoring and development, or an experienced Podiatrist seeking a modern clinic environment with advanced technology, MSK exposure and a supportive team.

The clinic has a strong reputation for patient-centred care and clinical standards, with personality, reliability and communication skills considered just as important as existing technical experience. Full training and mentoring can be provided where required.

  • £38,000 - £45,000 pro rata depending on experience
  • 32.5 contracted hours per week
  • Pay-related bonus scheme
  • 30 days annual leave
  • Private medical insurance
  • CPD allowance and structured mentoring programme
  • Full administrative support
  • Opportunity for additional self-employed home visit work

Working Pattern

  • Tuesday: 9.5 hours
  • Wednesday: 9.5 hours
  • Friday: 8.5 hours
  • Saturday: 5 hours, 10am-3pm
  • Saturday working may be reduced to one Saturday every two weeks, although contracted hours would reduce accordingly

Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied podiatry caseload from assessment through to treatment and ongoing care
  • Deliver high standards of patient care, clinical documentation and communication
  • Build strong relationships with patients through clear, informed consultations and education
  • Develop and utilise MSK, biomechanics and technology-led podiatry skills
  • Use and develop confidence with specialist equipment and treatment technologies
  • Work collaboratively within a small, supportive multidisciplinary clinical team
  • Participate positively in mentoring, learning and ongoing professional development
  • Maintain excellent timekeeping, reliability and professional standards

Requirements

  • HCPC Registered Podiatrist
  • New graduates and experienced Podiatrists encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, mature and team-oriented approach
  • Passionate about delivering excellent patient outcomes
  • Interest in MSK and biomechanics desirable but not essential
  • Willingness to learn and develop new treatments, systems and technologies
  • Commitment to the agreed working pattern, including Saturday rota
  • Sponsorship may be available for suitable overseas candidates, subject to eligibility and current UK immigration requirements.

If you are looking for a clinic that genuinely invests in its team, offers structured professional development and provides exposure to modern podiatry techniques and technology, we would like to hear from you.
