About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team handling a broad range of matters on behalf of both businesses and individuals including:

• Redundancy and restructuring
• GDPR queries
• Contracts and agreements including Data Protection queries
• Dealing with access requests
• Disciplinaries and grievances
• Performance management
• Discrimination and contractual disputes
• TUPE transfers
• Commercial and shareholders agreements
• Settlement agreements

About You

You’ll ideally have 5-7 years’ PQE and a strong background in employment law. You’ll be a driven and commercially-minded solicitor who thrives on building lasting client relationships and delivering exceptional results.

An interest or experience within Data Protection and/or GDPR Law would be advantageous for this role.
