Strategic Shutdown Planner – Pharma Manufacturing

<pIpsen in Wrexham is seeking a dedicated Shutdown Planner to join the Maintenance & Reliability team. You will develop, maintain, and optimise integrated shutdown schedules across multiple workstreams, coordinating resources, materials, and contractors to ensure safe and on-time execution.

You will identify critical path activities, manage risks, lead planning meetings, monitor progress, and implement improvements from post-shutdown reviews. Knowledge of SAP and MS Project or equivalent planning tools is required, with proven experience in manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceutical, or FMCG environments.
