Aldi UK is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy, £multi-million store in Newport. You will motivate your team, drive excellent customer service and optimise store performance across deliveries, orders and scheduling to meet efficiency targets.
You’ll be an experienced people-manager with a track record of leading teams in fast-paced, customer-driven environments. You’ll focus on time management, cost control and achieving targets while delivering great value for customers.
