Corporate Development Associate — M&A & Growth

Kraken is expanding its Corporate Development team and seeks an Associate to drive M&A and growth activities globally. You will lead due diligence, build operating models, and produce memos while supporting venture investments and cash forecasts for FP&A and Treasury.

The role involves drafting diligence reports, developing DCF analyses, and preparing materials for executive review. A strong finance background and proven multi-transaction capability are essential.
