Churchill Services is recruiting an experienced Industrial Relations & TUPE Manager to lead our IR strategy and TUPE compliance across the business. You will advise senior stakeholders, manage trade union relationships, and guide organisational change projects.
Reporting to the Employee Relations Director, you will design and deliver IR training, oversee TUPE transfers, and provide practical support to HR teams and operations. A UK-wide travel requirement and occasional evenings are expected.
