You’ll bring:
Assistant Restaurant Management/Supervisor experience in a busy hospitality or QSR environment
Strong leadership and the confidence to lead by example
Commercial awareness across sales, labour and stock
A passion for coaching teams and delivering outstanding service
The ability to stay calm, organised and focused under pressure
You’ll be responsible for:
Running the restaurant day to day alongside the General Manager
Leading, motivating and developing your team
Driving sales, service and operational performance
Managing rotas, stock and costs
Maintaining high standards of food safety, compliance and guest experience
