Partner with technical teams to evaluate solutions and trade-offs across usability, performance, scalability, security and maintainability.
Own product requirements and documentation across the full product lifecycle, from initial concept through development, testing and go-live, with a consistent focus on client experience and usability at each stage.
Use data, user feedback and performance insights to identify and prioritise opportunities for product improvement.
Manage multiple product initiatives in parallel, ensuring alignment with wider business priorities and product roadmaps.
