An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Legal Process Designer to join a forward-thinking and highly regarded legal business undergoing a significant transformation journey. Working closely with partners, Solicitors, business services teams, and technology specialists, the successful candidate will lead initiatives that improve efficiency, consistency, transparency, and client experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing and redesigning legal workflows to improve operational efficiency and service delivery
- Identifying opportunities for automation, AI, and legal technology solutions
- Facilitating workshops and collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver transformation projects
- Creating process maps, playbooks, operating models, and implementation plans
- Supporting the adoption of new technologies, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
Applicants should possess at least 3 years' PQE, alongside experience in legal operations, process improvement, legal project management, consulting, or transformation. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and process design skills are essential.
