Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Area Manager to lead a site team, drive safety, quality and productivity, and ensure we meet customer demand. You’ll manage shift operations and mentor new managers while delivering continuous improvement.
You will collaborate with management to standardize shift practices, use data to influence decisions, and apply Lean/Six Sigma methods to optimise performance across your area.
