Head of Performance Creative — Global Growth (Hybrid, Equity)

Eucalyptus is seeking a Head of Performance Creative to own and scale the global creative engine across international markets. You’ll lead the creative strategy and the production system, working with a lean team of strategists and a flexible bench of freelancers and agencies.

Report to the Head of International Growth and Performance, you’ll partner with local Growth Leads and central teams to drive data-informed creative that performs at scale.
