Sales Support Executive

My client are looking for a Sales Support person to join the team.

The Company has 90 years of trading history. Independent family run business that has been supplying products, Renowned for exceptional personal service.

We are Recruiting for a dynamic individual to join the team of energetic and enthusiastic people to continue to deliver the top-notch service that they are renowned for.

Ideally you will have a few years’ experience in a similar role and demonstrate a commitment to customer service and be willing to go the extra mile.

You will be able to deliver on all aspects of sales order processing & sales support:

• Customer service
• Sales Orders
• Credit Control
• Complaints
• Communications
• Assist Key Accounts Personnel & Agents with all sales aspects
• Service desk
• Answering incoming calls

Responsibility for the medium term performance of the above (continuous improvement).

• Liaison with all Personnel, Customers & other parties.
