At FDJ UNITED, we don't just follow the game, we reinvent it.
JOB TITLE : Organisational Effectiveness Manager
LOCATION(S): Bristol, Edinburgh, Halifax, Leeds & London
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. Colleagues with disabilities can be supported with workplace adjustments including hybrid working expectations in line with our Flexibility Works policy
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Organisational Effectiveness Manager to join our Future Ways of Working team.
This is a high-impact role supporting how our organisation evolves to deliver its strategy. As an Organisational Effectiveness Manager, you'll partner with programme leaders, senior business stakeholders and HR leaders to diagnose organisational challenges and design solutions that improve performance, effectiveness and efficiency.
You'll play a key role in translating strategic priorities into practical organisation design and operating model interventions-working across complex environments to enhance organisational health and deliver measurable business outcomes. From identifying root causes to implementing solutions, you'll help shape how teams are structured, how decisions are made, and how work gets done across the business.
We're transforming how we operate to meet the needs of the future-and this role puts you at the centre of that journey. You'll work on meaningful, organisation-wide challenges, helping senior leaders shape how teams are structured and perform. With exposure to complex programmes and senior partners, this is an opportunity to build your expertise, expand your influence, and make a tangible impact on business outcomes.
We know that great talent comes from many backgrounds. Whilst this job advert may reference specific years of experience, we recognise that skills are developed in many ways, so if you have relevant, transferable experience, we encourage you to apply.
We offer reasonable workplace adjustments for colleagues with disabilities, including flexibility in office attendance, location and working patterns. And, as a Disability Confident Leader, we guarantee interviews for a fair and proportionate number of applicants who meet the minimum criteria for the role with a disability, long-term health or neurodivergent condition through the Disability Confident Scheme.
