Senior Social Media Executive - Hybrid

We’re partnering with a growing online fashion business that’s looking for a creative and commercially minded Senior Social Media Executive to lead its social media presence and support the development of its content team.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the brand’s social direction, create engaging fashion-led content and build a more polished, aspirational presence across its key platforms.

Working alongside the wider marketing and creative team, you’ll have plenty of scope to bring forward new ideas, influence campaigns and make a visible impact on how the brand connects with its customers.

The Role

You’ll lead the day-to-day social media function, combining strategy, people management and hands-on content production to grow brand awareness, engagement and online sales.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing and delivering a multi-platform social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Managing and developing the content team, providing clear creative direction, constructive feedback and ongoing support.
• Leading the content calendar and creative direction for seasonal campaigns, product launches and key brand moments.
• Creating, filming and editing high-quality video and photographic content, while coordinating models, styling and production schedules for shoots.
• Using performance data, platform insights and emerging trends to improve content, engagement and commercial results continually.

About You

To be considered for this position, you’ll ideally have:

• At least two years’ in-house social media experience gained within a consumer-facing business.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative content, videography, editing and social-first storytelling.
• Experience managing or mentoring content creators and confidently leading the creative process from concept through to delivery.
• A strong understanding of social platforms, changing algorithms and the content that builds both community and conversion.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills, with the confidence to manage multiple campaigns, direct shoots and appear on camera when needed.

Why Apply?

This is an opportunity to take real ownership of social media within an ambitious online fashion brand, where your ideas and creative direction will be highly visible.

You’ll benefit from:

• The autonomy to shape the brand’s social media strategy and creative identity.
• The opportunity to lead and develop a growing content function.
• A varied working week across the Romford head office, home and content shoot locations.
• A health cashback plan, generous employee discount, pension scheme and free parking.
• Additional healthcare benefits following one year of service, plus opportunities for international travel.

Location

The role offers a varied hybrid working pattern, typically including one day working from home alongside time at the company’s Romford head office and on location for content shoots.

The office is commutable from areas including Brentwood, Basildon, Billericay, Chelmsford, Wickford, Rayleigh, Grays, Loughton, Epping, Chigwell, Hornchurch, Upminster, Dagenham, Ilford and wider East London.

We are committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion, actively promoting diversity across all minority groups to create workplaces where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered.
