Sales Executive – Leicestershire

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of Allison Homes on-site, playing a key role in turning interest into happy homeowners. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll guide customers through their buying journey, from first contact to handing over the keys.

This is a role for someone who loves closing deals, building genuine relationships, and delivering exceptional service. You’ll be part of a close-knit sales team with big ambitions and the support to match.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and meet/exceed targets on new home developments.
• Deliver a five-star customer journey from enquiry to completion.
• Build strong relationships with buyers, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance.
• Maintain accurate records and manage customer data using our systems (training provided).
• Stay one step ahead of the market – know the competition and understand local trends.
• Keep show homes and marketing suites in top shape and showroom-ready.
• Coordinate with solicitors, estate agents, and internal teams to progress sales smoothly.
• Contribute ideas to marketing and PR campaigns that make an impact.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the property or construction sector.
• A natural ability to connect with people and inspire trust.

• Strong communication skills; both in person and in writing.
• Solid organisational skills with an eye for detail.
• A self-starter mindset who thrives on autonomy and accountability.
• A professional, friendly, and polished approach.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for property sales and customer service.
• Must be able to work weekends and bank holidays.
• Valid driving licence is preferred for visiting sites and attending meetings outside the office.
