We serve up contemporary Thai cuisine, blending traditional flavours with a modern twist. The kitchen, like most, is a very high‑intensity environment which asks a lot from the teams in every role from KP to Head Chef. We are looking for a chef who can learn the menu inside out, be willing to switch sections to support your colleagues when needed and have fun while doing it.
