Fragrance Specialist: In-Store Masterclasses & Clienteling

CHANEL Birmingham is seeking a Fragrance Specialist to elevate the fragrance category through immersive consultations, storytelling and service-led experiences that connect clients with the brand. You will lead by example, delivering a best-in-class client experience while promoting makeup and skincare and mentoring colleagues.

In this permanent full-time role, you will host events, recruit new clients via clienteling, and drive growth through innovative activities and exceptional service.
