Mixed Tax Assistant Manager / Manager – Alton, Hampshire
Salary £50,000 to £70,000
Clark Wood are recruiting for a Mixed Tax Assistant Manager / Manager to join a highly regarded firm of Chartered Accountants in Alton, Hampshire .
This role would suit a Corporate Tax Manager, Mixed Tax Manager or Tax Assistant Manager with strong practice experience and a background in advising owner-managed businesses (OMBs) .
The Role

• Managing a portfolio of corporate and OMB clients
• Reviewing Corporation Tax computations and returns
• Providing corporate tax planning and advisory support
• Advising on remuneration, capital allowances and succession planning
• Supporting acquisitions, disposals and company restructures
• Working closely with Partners on complex tax assignments
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients

The Person

• ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified or QBE
• Previous Corporate or Mixed Tax experience within accountancy practice
• Strong UK Corporation Tax knowledge
• Experience advising owner-managed businesses
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Commercial and proactive approach
