Regional Major Loss Field Manager - Lead & Develop Claims

Aviva is looking for a Regional Major Loss Manager to lead a team of Major Loss Field Adjusters handling domestic property claims ranging from £50,000 to £250,000. You will drive quality, estimating, cost control and customer service while developing regional capability.

You will coach and mentor your team, coordinate with Claims colleagues to improve processes, and shape future ways of working within a growing transformation period at Aviva.
