Delivery Consultant

Are you a recruiter who enjoys the candidate side of the role but less so the pressure of constant new business? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, fast-growing tech recruitment agency where you can focus on delivery, build strong candidate relationships, and still earn excellent commission. Whether you’re currently in a Delivery role or working a 360 desk and looking to move away from business development, this role offers a clear path to succeed in a high-performing, supportive environment.

The Role

• Work closely with senior consultants and account managers to deliver on live roles
• Source, qualify, and manage candidates across a range of tech positions
• Build strong candidate pipelines within specialist markets
• Manage the full candidate journey from initial contact through to placement
• Provide market insight and guidance to candidates
• Maintain high levels of candidate engagement and quality
• Support with interview coordination, feedback, and offer management

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in recruitment (any sector)
• Strong candidate management and relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple roles at once
• Confident communicator with a professional approach
• Driven by success and motivated by commission
• Looking to focus on delivery rather than new business

What’s on Offer

• Basic salary from £28,000+ depending on experience
• Strong, uncapped commission structure
• Clear progression within a growing tech recruitment business
• Supportive, close-knit team environment
• Opportunity to specialise in a lucrative and in-demand market
• Modern office in a Berkshire location

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to refine their delivery skills, work in a fast-paced tech environment, and be rewarded for the quality of their work without the pressure of business development.
