Overview

An ambitious and fast-growing professional services firm is seeking Managers and Associate Directors to join its newly established Value Creation team within Advisory Transaction Services. These are high-profile roles at the forefront of the firm’s M&A growth strategy, offering the chance to work with leading Private Equity and Corporate clients across the full deal lifecycle.

The Role

You will help deliver value creation engagements spanning:

Pre-deal operational and technology due diligence
Value creation reviews
Post-deal integration and separation programmes

Key responsibilities

Leading projects and client reporting across the deal continuum
Acting as day-to-day client contact, managing deliverables and risk procedures
Drafting scopes of work, budgets, and fee agreements
Overseeing junior team members and supporting their development
Preparing client deliverables, reports, and presentations
Driving business development, from pitch documents to CRM initiatives
Collaborating with colleagues across service lines to create new opportunities

Candidate Profile

Proven experience in Transaction Services, M&A Value Creation, Post-Merger Integration or Separation, gained within professional services, consulting, or corporate settings
Experience in operational or technology due diligence and value creation across sectors
Strong Excel, PowerPoint and business application skills (e.g. Power BI)
Track record of business development and relationship management
Degree in Business, Finance or Technology; a relevant professional qualification (ACA, MBA, CFA, Corporate Finance Diploma or equivalent) is desirable
