Responsibilities
Spaces, Connections, Data Flows, Views, Analytical Models.
Semantic modelling and business layer design.
Deep understanding of HR processes: Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Performance, Compensation.
Familiarity with HR KPIs and metrics.
Hands‑on experience with SuccessFactors OData APIs.
Modelling data from Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation modules.
Data harmonization, transformation, and governance.
Experience with MDFC/CDW or similar HR data warehouses.
Knowledge of SAC Planning and integration with Datasphere.
Understanding of cloud architecture and security.
