Help Shape the Future of Parts at One of the UK's Leading Family-Owned Dealer Groups
At D. M. Keith, we've always believed that great businesses are built by great people.
As one of the UK's leading privately owned motor retailers, we've grown by putting our colleagues, customers and manufacturer partners at the heart of everything we do. Our family values have guided us for generations and continue to shape the way we support one another, serve our customers and invest in the future.
Today, we represent 13 of the world's leading automotive brands across 20 locations, operating a multi-million-pound Aftersales business that continues to grow through investment in our people, technology and customer experience.
As we continue to evolve, we're looking for an exceptional Group Parts Manager to join our Aftersales Leadership Team and help shape the future of Parts across our business.
This is far more than a traditional Head Office role.
It's an opportunity to influence strategy, support our dealerships, develop our people and play a key role in the continued success of a business where relationships, trust and long-term thinking matter.
Reporting directly to the Group Aftersales Director, you'll provide strategic leadership for Parts across the Group.
Working as part of the Aftersales Leadership Team, you'll work closely with dealership leadership teams to drive commercial performance, improve operational excellence and ensure our Parts operations continue to deliver outstanding service to both internal and external customers.
You'll spend time within our dealerships, working alongside our Parts teams, listening, coaching, identifying opportunities and supporting continuous improvement. Success in this role isn't simply about improving financial performance—it's about developing people, strengthening relationships and creating an environment where our teams can perform at their very best.
You'll also play a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth of our Trade Parts operation, identifying new commercial opportunities, strengthening supplier and manufacturer relationships, and helping position D. M. Keith for continued success.
You’ll be responsible for:
We're looking for an experienced automotive Parts leader who enjoys developing people as much as improving performance.

Most importantly, you'll lead with integrity, communicate with authenticity and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed.
At D. M. Keith, you're never just a number.
As a family-owned business, we genuinely care about our people. We believe that when colleagues feel valued, supported and empowered, they deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.
That philosophy has helped us build long-standing relationships with colleagues, customers and manufacturer partners alike, and it's something we're incredibly proud of.
You'll work across an exciting portfolio representing 13 of the world's leading automotive brands, providing exposure to a diverse and dynamic franchise network. This breadth of representation creates unique opportunities to share best practice, build strong manufacturer relationships and influence Parts performance across a wide range of market-leading products and customer segments.
You'll also join a business that's investing in:
