You will be part of a friendly and experienced veterinary team with a strong focus on collaboration and professional development.
During the internship, you will progressively gain practical experience in:

The level of responsibility will increase progressively as your skills, confidence and experience develop .
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, curious and genuinely motivated to develop as a veterinarian.
You should have:

What matters most is your willingness to learn, get involved and progressively become more confident and independent.

Hands-on exposure to both equine and small animal medicine
Opportunity to develop surgical skills
Modern diagnostic and surgical facilities
Supportive and experienced veterinary team
Progressive clinical responsibility
Excellent work-life balance
Location only 20 minutes from Cork City and Cork Airport
Ireland offers an excellent environment for veterinarians looking to gain broad clinical experience while working in English.
County Cork combines professional opportunities with a fantastic lifestyle, offering easy access to Cork City, the coast, countryside and Cork International Airport .
For a veterinarian interested in mixed practice, this internship provides the opportunity to gain experience across two different areas of veterinary medicine rather than limiting your development to one field from the beginning.
This internship is not simply about gaining your first veterinary job.
It is an opportunity to learn, gain confidence, develop practical skills and work alongside experienced veterinarians while discovering which areas of veterinary medicine you would like to develop further.
If you are motivated, eager to learn and excited about developing your skills in both equine and small animal practice , we would love to hear from you.
