PlannerResponsibilities:
Project planning, programmingand progress monitoring, including information flow, procurement, and siteworks.
T o liaise with the Client,subcontractors, suppliers, and designers on all matters relating to planningand attend and contribute to site meetings and other associated meetings.
Provide the planning service ontenders and projects
Attend pre-contract meetings toexplain the planning aspects of the contract.
Monitor and prepare a progressreport on the project programme.
Maintain look ahead programmesand advise on implications to both Client & Project Team.
Consider and discussalternatives with the Project Manager.
Implement Company procedures.
Appraise, co-ordinate andintegrate subcontract and design programmes
The salary on offer for this role is up to £50,000 Plus careerdevelopment and exposure to some very exciting projects
