Flagright is seeking a founding leadership head for global business development. You will own the BD function, coach a geo-distributed team, and shape outbound strategy to scale our reach.
Regular in-office presence is essential for coaching, onboarding, and building a high-performance sales culture. You will lead hiring end-to-end, drive performance metrics, and partner with Sales/Marketing to align on campaigns and handoffs.
