Michelin Star - Restaurant General Manager Lake District Cumbria. Our client is recruiting a Restaurant Manager for their Michelin Star restaurant and hotel. The restaurant offers great service in a small and intimate setting. This creates an opportunity for a Restaurant Manager with AAA Rosette or Michelin Star experience or a Deputy General Manager of a bigger property with a AAA rosette or Michelin Star restaurant.
Qualifications
Michelin Star or 3AA Rosette experience essential
Stable work history
Excellent training and team development skills
Attention to detail
Immaculate presentation
Good working knowledge of wines
Responsibilities
Lead restaurant and hotel service to maintain Michelin Star standards
Develop and train front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
