The Role

You are the heartbeat of the shift. As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the GM is away, and ensure every guest experiences our "Hospitality Magic." You’ll master the behind‑the‑scenes stuff—like cashing up and compliance—while staying front‑and‑centre as a role model for the team.
