Overview

We are recruiting for an experienced Landscaping Team Leader on behalf of an expanding landscaping company. This is a permanent job paying up to £34,255.00 a year and comes with a company van, four weeks paid holiday plus all bank holidays, a pension, ongoing training and career progression.

With a depot base close to Junction 2 of the M50, this role suits those living in or around Ledbury (6 Miles), Malvern (10 Miles), Tewkesbury (10 Miles), Pershore (20 Miles) or Ross-on-Wye (15 Miles).

As the Landscaping Team Leader you will be

Responsible for and working alongside a small team of soft landscapers.
Installing the soft landscaping on new build housing developments.
Responsible for completing weekly van checks.
Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and Office Teams to ensure work is carried out efficiently, safely and to high standards.
Responsible for checking tools, overseeing team sign-ins and ensuring any necessary permits are secured.

Requirements

To be considered as the Landscaping Team Leader you will need:

A minimum of two years soft landscaping experience.
Team leading experience.
A good knowledge of plants and trees.
To enjoy working outside in all weather conditions.
Ideally your CSCS card.
Experience of soft landscaping on new build housing sites.
A driving licence.
A mobile phone on which you are happy to download their clocking in App and use WhatsApp to communicate with the office, including sending pictures.
