You will be responsible for conducting property inspections and producing accurate valuations across a diverse portfolio of residential properties for loan security, asset management, and advisory purposes. **Key Responsibilities:*** Undertake site inspections and prepare comprehensive valuation reports in accordance with RICS Red Book standards.* Manage a varied caseload of residential properties including houses, flats, new build developments, and portfolio valuations.* Provide market analysis and commentary on local property trends, comparable evidence, and risk factors.* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.* Mentor junior team members and contribute to quality assurance processes (Senior Surveyor level).* Ensure all work meets regulatory requirements, internal quality standards, and agreed turnaround times. **Essential Requirements:*** MRICS qualified with proven residential valuation experience or similar work within the residential sector.* Excellent report writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within your designated patch.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. **Desirable:*** Registered Valuer status.* Proficient in Argus Developer or other appraisal software.**Location:**On-site –Greater Manchester, GBRIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
