Power Platform Product Specialist
Cardiff
We are looking for a Power Platform Product Specialist to join the Business Applications team within the Applications function.
We are looking for a Power Platform Product Specialist to join the Business Applications team within the Applications function. You will design, build and support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and increasingly Copilot Studio) that make life better for the people working across Lewis Silkin, and for the clients we serve.
You will work hand-in-glove with our Microsoft Platform Architect, who sets the architectural direction and best practice for our D365 and Power Platform estate; you will bring their designs to life and feed real-world build experience back into how the platform evolves. You will also work closely with our Delivery Analyst, who will bring you well-shaped stories with clear acceptance criteria and run the sprint cadence you build within, so you can spend your time doing what you do best.
Alongside build work, you will help administer and continuously improve our D365 suite, our client-facing extranets and portals, and the wider Microsoft tooling the firm relies on. Because the Applications function is a growing team, this is a genuine opportunity to shape how Power Platform is used across the firm; the governance, the patterns, the guardrails, and the citizen-development story that sits alongside it.
We are open to considering applications for our offices in London, Cardiff and/or Manchester.
You are a curious, hands-on builder who enjoys shipping useful things and iterating them; you like being close to the users you build for, and you take pride in leaving something better than you found it. You are just as happy pairing with a fellow developer as you are walking a lawyer through a new form, and you know that the best Power Platform solutions come from a mix of good architecture and good listening.
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
At Lewis Silkin our ethos is simple. We strive to do the best for our clients, our people and the communities in which we operate. We recognise that an inclusive workplace allows for all kinds of ideas and thoughts, a variety of points of view that can trigger discussions or deliver innovative results, and a wide range of versatile skills and expertise. We are proud of the diversity within Lewis Silkin and of our culture that allows people to be themselves at work, ensuring we provide the best possible service to our clients. We are committed to supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process by supporting anyone who requires adjustments, in order to ensure they have the opportunity to perform at their best. All applicants will be considered equally and fairly. If you’d like to request any adjustments throughout the recruitment process, or would like to discuss flexible working patterns, please email the recruitment team in confidence ( ).
