Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Norwich | Hybrid (1 day a week in office) | £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

We’re recruiting for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our client, a Norwich-based creative agency that continues to evolve and invest in its digital offering. This is a hands‑on role planning, running and reporting on multi‑channel B2B campaigns, with a focus on LinkedIn and Google Ads.

What you'll be doing:

• Plan and delivering multi-channel B2B campaigns across paid and organic channels
• Build, launch and optimise campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads
• Write and refine campaign copy (web, social, paid) and ensure quality is maintained
• Produce performance reporting in GA4 and make clear recommendations for improvement
• Work with client services, design and production and web teams to brief, coordinate and deliver the work
• Maintain clearcommunication throughout and day‑to‑day campaign updates with clients and stakeholders.

What you'll need:

• 3+ years' experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B agency environment
• Hands on experience across paid social, paid search and organic social
• Good knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and GA4
• Strong written skills (copywriting, proofreading) and confident stakeholder communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities
