Greys Specialist Recruitment is working with a national industry leader that is expanding its Occupational Health team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor looking for a stable, in‑house role within a supportive and growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct management referrals and provide expert advice on employee health.
Carry out fitness‑to‑work assessments and health surveillance.
Promote health & wellbeing initiatives within the workplace.
Act as a key contact for all occupational health matters.
Work closely with managers, employees, and other departments to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Additional Aspects of the Role
Visit different departments within the business to support employees on‑site.
Work as part of a friendly, UK‑wide Occupational Health team.
Essential Skills & Experience
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration.
Occupational Health qualification (e.g., Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health).
Strong experience in Occupational Health nursing.
Excellent communication skills and a team‑focused approach.
