Product Lead

Attio is the CRM built for the AI era. Designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams, it gives companies the power to understand every customer, automate at scale, and build their go-to-market motion exactly as they need. We've raised $116M from some of the world's best investors: GV (Google Ventures), Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A.

We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting the people who use what they build. The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier.

If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place.

About the role

Our Product team shapes the arc of Attio’s story. We connect vision to execution, blending insight, intuition, and evidence to craft experiences that feel inevitable. We ship constantly, make decisions with imperfect data, and act like owners. We think deeply about how people work together, design systems that scale, and remove friction before it’s felt – orchestrating every step toward value in lockstep with Design, Engineering, GTM, and our users.

We’re looking for Product Leads who are relentlessly curious, think in systems, thrive in technical complexity – and want to help reinvent how millions of people work.

What you’ll do

• Own core parts of the Attio product and contribute to overall product steering.
• Work with engineering to design systems that are simple to use but flexible and durable.
• Deeply understand the technical and user-facing implications of models, pipelines, and performance, making thoughtful decisions that balance speed, safety, and usability.
• Extend our AI capabilities, evaluating where AI meaningfully augments core workflows.
• Champion a culture of technical excellence and thoughtful simplicity, ensuring product foundations scale with our customers.
• Anticipate long‑term architectural needs, guiding the roadmap for the next generation of Attio’s platform.
• Shape the metrics and signals we use to guide platform decisions.
• Ensure a best‑in‑class customer experience that delights users and builds on the Attio brand.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience owning products, platforms, data models, or core infrastructure surfaces in a world‑class product.
• You’ve shipped foundational systems.
• A deep curiosity about how systems fit together. You enjoy diving into data models, untangling edge cases, and refining the foundations that critical systems rely on.
• Strong technical depth and systems thinking. You’re comfortable reasoning about schemas, API design, and architectural trade‑offs.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity. You can turn incomplete information into structured decisions and clear next steps.
• Excellent product instincts. You know how to translate complex technical systems and customer problems into simple concepts and elegant user experiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You can effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and articulate a clear vision.
• Fluency in technical storytelling. You can frame technical changes in ways that help GTM teams strengthen positioning and customer understanding.
• Founder mentality. You take responsibility for outcomes end to end, and move strategical and tactical decisions forward.

What we offer

• Equity in an early‑stage tech company on an incredible trajectory.
• Private medical insurance through AXA.
• Pension contribution through Hargreaves Lansdown.
• Enhanced family leave.
• Team off‑site in fun places! (We've been to Barcelona, Lisbon, Malta and Split so far)
